DELIVERY INFO

SHIPPING METHODS

  • PopTent Roof Tents:

    • PopTent is a large, heavy item, so we use a 2-person delivery service provided by our partner.
    • Book a delivery day that suits you, and receive text and email updates about the delivery status.

  • Accessories:

    • All accessory products are dispatched using regular postal services and will arrive separately from your PopTent.
    • Shipping is and always will be free of charge.

SHIPPING TIMES

  • England, Scotland, and Wales:

    • 3-7 business days* to mainland UK.

  • UK Islands:

    • Up to 14 business days*.

 

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • Check your PopTent before accepting delivery:
    • Inspect the packaging for damage. If there's visible damage to the PopTent, take pictures, refuse delivery, and notify us immediately.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

  • Change of Mind:

    • You can return items within 30 days of delivery. See our terms and conditions for online sales for more details on your right to change your mind.

  • Returning a PopTent:

    • We can arrange collection using our partner, with a deduction of up to £100 from your refund.

  • Other Returns:

    • Arrange to send items back to our warehouse at your cost.

  • Refunds:

    • We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refund method will be the same as your original payment.

EXCHANGES

  • Eligibility:

    • Products must be in their original packaging and condition.
    • Within 30 days of delivery.

  • Process:

    • Contact us with your order number and items for exchange.

COLLECTIONS

  • PopTent Collection:
    • Usually delivered by our specialised courier.
    • Collection may be facilitated through arranged viewings on Fridays and Saturday mornings.
