Warranty

 1. WHAT DOES IT COVER?

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use of PopTent products for the duration of the "Warranty Period."

Should you notify us within this period of a defect in materials or workmanship, and the product hasn't been used appropriately, we'll repair, replace, or refund the defective part or the entire product at our discretion and at no charge to you.


2. WHO IS COVERED?

This limited warranty is for the original purchaser from PopTent or an authorized reseller. It cannot be transferred or assigned to another person.


3. HOW LONG DOES THE COVERAGE LAST?

In relation to Products, the coverage lasts 2 years from the date of purchase.

Exclusion of: ex-demonstration, returned and/or refurbished products.

 


4. HOW TO GET WARRANTY SERVICE

If you purchased a defective poduct directly from PopTent, please contact us using the contact form on our website and describe the problem in as much detail as possible.

Proof of date and purchase may be required, as well as proof of the issue e.g. an image or video, as stated by PopTent staff at the time you raise the problem.

If you purchased the defective product from one of PopTent’s authorised resellers, please contact the reseller, who will then contact PopTent regarding the issue.

In either case, at our discretion, we will decide whether to:

  • provide instructions for simple repairs (where replacement parts are not required); or
  • send field replacement parts; or
  • send an immediate exchange; or
  • authorize you to return the Product to PopTent Ltd for service
